Welcome to Khan Khan Van’s Mongol Rally 2012 page.

Khan Khan Who?

We are a team of three burly Aircraft Technicians competing in the Mongol Rally 2012 dressed in Can-Can outfits.

What’s The Mongol Rally?

The Mongol Rally is a charity event run every year since 2004 across 10,000 miles from Goodwood, London to Ulan Bator, Mongolia in a small car.

The Vehicle Rules

The vehicle at the end of the epic journey get donated to the Mongolian charity and auctioned off to the people of Mongolia with the proceeds going to the Lotus Children’s Centre.

Because the Mongolian government don’t want banged up motors that won’t be useful they have, along with the organisers, asked that all cars taking part comply with these two rules

  1. The car must have been registered after Jan 2003 (10 years old or younger)
  2. The engine size must be 1.2ltrs or less

How Can I Help

Well one thing we really need is sponsorship. Money towards the two good causes we’re doing this for. If you can donate (even just a pound) then please go to ourĀ Virgin Money Site
